The urban vibes of the city & the calm, methodical peace of the Southern states. I hope it won't take me too long to integrate into Chicago's photography elite, yet simultaneously that my efforts in Mississippi & elsewhere don't go ignored. The hero would be faced with the ending of one life, & the beginning of another. Gulf Islands National Seashore Resting east of downtown Ocean Springs, Davis Bayou Campground lays claim as part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. In literature & folklore, sunsets marked the transition zone. I feel like it is poetic to end the MS photos for a little while with a sunset. Tomorrow begins the new journey of exploring & discovering Chicago. With this, my Mississippi photos come to an end, for a little while. In Mississippi, the Davis Bayou Area and Petit Bois, West Petit Bois, Horn, and Ship islands, as well as the Park Service’s portion of Cat Island. I think this may be one of, if not the best shot I've ever taken of the famous Biloxi Lighthouse. Available areas include Fort Pickens, Santa Rosa, Naval Live Oaks, Okaloosa, and Perdido Key areas in Florida.
